📦 Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive tracking details through WhatsApp/SMS where available.

💰 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Any promotional Free Shipping offer will be applicable according to the terms mentioned on the offer.

If a parcel cannot be delivered because the customer is unavailable, unreachable, or provides an incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.

📦 Damaged Packages

If your parcel appears visibly damaged or opened upon delivery, please contact us immediately and provide clear photos/videos of the package and product.

We will review the issue and assist you according to our return/replacement policy.
